When loading into the simulator, the cockpit is unresponsive, and the EFB is the only thing to respond.
You are likely running Microsoft Flight Simulator as an administrator and the Fenix App as a regular user. To resolve this, close the Fenix app, verifying it is close in the system tray. If it is still open in the system tray, right click on the Fenix Sim logo, and select "Exit". Open the app "FenixSim A320" app via using start menu search or a desktop shortcut, making sure to run it as an administrator. The app should connect and be ready after about 30 seconds.
