Navigraph Hub (Formally Navigraph Navdata Center) for Fenix has the assumption that your Program Data is on your C drive - one of our users program data was stored on their E drive.
When Navdata installs to your C drive, it makes a program data folder if you don't already have one; it doesn't search for an already existing program data folder.
If your normal program data folder is on a different drive mapping, you need to manually copy over the data from C:\programdata\Fenix\Navdata into your original location (in this case E:\ProgramData)
Then load up MSFS and Fenix again - to obtain success.
