      Error occurred while processing your request

      When logging in you get an error occurred message.

      If you get the below error when logging in:

      Do the following:

      Step 1: Ensure your ISP/AntiVirus/VPN isn't blocking api.fenixsim.com

      Step 2: If the above has not resolved the issue, change your DNS to Google DNS.
      This can be achieved by following this guide: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using and setting your IPV4 DNS to the following:

      8.8.8.8

      8.8.4.4
