Connection errors when using third-party liveries.

Several users have approached the support team with issues relating to connectivity between the Fenix app and the simulator.

Users advised that they were unable to establish a connection between the Fenix application and the simulator.

It transpires that using third-party liveries, obtained from outside the sphere of FenixSim , was the root cause of the issue.

Once our users chose a default Fenix livery, the connection between sim and Fenix app returned.

Therefore, we believe using a non default Fenix livery could be the cause
