Aircraft is stuck/won't move

Follow this guide if your aircraft is stuck after pushback/before taxi

Brakes:

Check that there aren't any duplicated brake bindings on any of your devices in the MSFS Control Options.

Ensure the sensitivity for your brakes is correct via the MSFS Control Options > Sensitivity

Whilst on the Sensitivity menu, press your brakes, then release and the bar under the naming of the axis for your brakes should be blank like the below:

If the bar is white:

You need to either Reverse the Axis if it's not already reversed or unreverse if it's reversed. This can be done via the MSFS Control Options.

Throttle:

Ensure your throttle doesn't have any set starter or fuel valves bindings in MSFS Control Options.

Some customers with the Thrustmaster TCA have had this issue and creating a fresh profile in the MSFS Control Options, resolved the issue.

GSX:

GSX can also cause your brakes to be stuck. Ensure your GSX is updated and your settings are set per: GSX Integration Guide

If you cancel the push during pushback, you may need to toggle the pushback in the EFB's Ground Services page to remove the gear pin.
